"THREEUP’s precision mold components cover all functional parts for injection molds including molding, core pulling, ejection, guiding and shut-off units. We supply both in-stock standard parts and custom parts manufactured per customer drawings, suitable for multi-cavity high-speed molds, medical precision molds, automotive structural molds and cap packaging molds.
In-Stock Standard Mold Components
We stock full ranges of universal standard mold parts complying with international standards for fast delivery of small and bulk orders. Our lineup includes standard core pins, flat ejector pins, stepped ejector pins, date stamps, wear plates, slides, blank lifters, G1/4 & 1/8NPT water/air connectors, locating pins, guide pins & bushes, stop pins and mold springs. Mass-produced from genuine mold steel, these standard parts feature stable heat treatment hardness and great interchangeability. They can be assembled directly without secondary machining to shorten mold assembly time.
Custom Core Molding Parts
Custom non-standard products include cavity inserts, core inserts and split collapsible cores. Premium mold steel is applied on molding surfaces with available treatments: mirror polishing, nitriding, TiN coating and EDM texturing. Micron-level tolerances guarantee anti-wear and anti-deformation performance during long mass production. Our dedicated collapsible cores are designed for deep undercut demolding of caps and tubes, running smoothly without jamming to solve tricky undercut issues.
Mold Moving Mechanism Parts
Custom lifters, slides, wear guide strips and lock inserts are available. All mating surfaces are precision lapped for consistent sliding clearance. High-wear alloy wear plates cut friction loss and extend mold service life. Custom special-shaped & multi-cycle date stamps fit narrow special mounting spaces.
